Shipping is free.

Studio Vito ships worldwide except for the following countries:
Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

Replacement & Cancellation Policy


Nobody’s perfect, we all make mistakes. And that is why we, at Studio Vito, will do our best to fix the issue. If the issue is our side, we will provide a replacement.

Studio Vito’s responsibility

  • Faulty Product: if the product has a hole, stains, or manufacturing defect.
  • Placement Issue: if a print is clearly crooked or off-center (>1″ or 2.54cm).
  • Incorrect Image: if we printed the wrong image. 
  •  Wrong Item Sent: if we send you the wrong garment, color or size.

In any of cases describe above, we will fix this for you. Just follow the instructions below.

Replacement Instructions

  1. Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is print size, please use a ruler. 
  2. Send an email with the subject line “Replacement Request – Order “YourOrderNumber” ” to 
  3. Please include the following:
    • The photo(s)
    • A specific description of the issue
    • The order number
    • If there are multiple products in an order, clearly identify the product with the issue.

We will respond within 5 business days after checking with our supplier.

Your responsibility

This is where the scope of possible for Studio Vito stops for you to take over.

  • Ordered Wrong Size: you ordered wrong size or it did not fit to your satisfaction. Note that you can check our size guidelines on each product page before making any purchase or consult it here.
  • Incorrectly Provided Address: if you made an error in the address. Packages returned to us can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment.


At Studio Vito, each product is printed specifically on demand. That means that we might not be able to refund you if you cancel your order once it is processed.

Here are the details on our refund policy:

  • If you are able to cancel your order before it gets processed, we can cancel the order free of charge.
  • If you attempt to cancel the order after it has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. If it has not shipped yet we can update the address to ship the order elsewhere. Contact us.
